Redpath USA Corporation a premier full-service underground mining contractor is in searching for an enthusiastic mission driven Human Resources Generalist to join our team.

In this role, you will work closely with the Corporate HR Manager and other HR and Administrative Site Clerks to ensure the smooth operation of the Human Resources Department for our USA Operations.

Travel:  Minimal travel to off-site mine operations as required.

Conditions of Employment: Acceptable results relating to mandatory drug test, background check, medical physical and compliance with Redpath health and safety requirements.

This position is located at our Corporate Offices in Sparks Nevada.  This is not a remote position!

Job Summary:

Implement human resources programs by providing human resources services, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health, and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations and retention, compliance, labor relations, assist in immigration processing, and completing personnel transactions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or relevant field preferred.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in a various Human Resources fields.
• Will consider an equivalent combination of education, training and experience for the right person.
• Working knowledge of employment/labor laws.
• Working knowledge of MS Office products and HRIS systems. Experience with ADP payroll and Oracle Fusion a big plus.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Aptitude in problem-solving.
• Desire to work as a team with a result driven approach.
• HR certification is a plus.
