Tertiary qualifications in HR with IR experience essential;

Ability to implement HR initiatives to support the delivery of HR priorities;

Demonstrated ability to interpret employment contracts and industrial instrument/s including knowledge of relevant legislation;

Demonstrated analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills to effectively resolve issues in the workplace;
-
Advanced time management, planning and organisational skills with the ability manage multiple priorities to meet deadlines;
-
Provide general HR advice to employees and leaders on ER/IR matters at site as required;
-
Ability to work well in a fast paced team;
-
Ability to travel to projects Australia wide;
-
Experience within the engineering/construction industry desirable.
