About the Graduate Program

The 3-year HR graduate full-time position based at our office in Eagle Farm is a great opportunity for a recent HR graduate (or in final semester of study) to obtain valuable industry experience in internal recruitment, HR and payroll to kick start off their HR career in a fast paced working environment. The position will be well supported by an established HR team and reports to the HR Manager.

• Recruitment rotation (18 months) 
• HR rotation (12 months) 
• Payroll rotation (6 months)

Duties & Responsibilities 

• Assisting with various HR duties such as disciplinary procedures, performance management, EA negotiations and rollout, maintaining HR database and other ad-hoc HR projects as required;
• Assisting with shortlisting and interviews as well as new employee onboarding process including organising pre-employment medicals, preparing employment packs, conducting reference/police/qualification checks; and
• Conducting payroll processing and assisting with various remuneration enquiries.

Skills & Experience

• Tertiary qualifications in Business Management (Human Resources) or in final semester of study;
• Excellent verbal/written communication and customer service;
• A ‘can-do’ attitude and willingness to learn;
• Intermediate Excel and Word experience; and
• A safety approach upholding Redpath's principle Safety - First, Last and Always.
