MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Matric certificate/ equivalent

Microsoft 365 Qualification and experience

Driver’s license

Must be able to travel to sites and stay over

Proficiency in English and Afrikaans

EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

Finance and admin skills

Advance knowledge of MS Office and ability to work effectively and efficiently

The ability to improve existing administrative and reporting systems and structures

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead, coordinate and report on the administrative processes within Raiseboring

Inspect and quality check dailies from Foreman

Update summary sheet and upload on Teams daily

Place site orders and follow up on payments and deliveries

Prepare certificates for the client

Follow up on invoice payments

Track medicals and training renewals for crew

Maintain 6-file system data input and inspection

Draft documents for clients and managers

Communication with suppliers

Inspect time sheets and clocking records

Manage leave schedules
