Opportunity Overview

We are seeking Graduate Mining Engineers to join our team at the Jwaneng Underground Project in Botswana. This 24-month program offers a unique blend of hands-on site experience and office-based project involvement, designed to accelerate your development and prepare you for a successful career in mining.

What We’re Looking For
• Bachelor’s degree in mining engineering or a related field.
• Registered with the Engineers Registration Board (ERB).
• Exposure to mining or heavy industry environments is an advantage.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Tech savvy & Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Valid Driver’s Licence.
• First Aid & CPR certification.
• Willingness to work in remote locations and adapt quickly to new challenges
