InCycle is seeking a visionary General Manager to join our team in a full-time leadership role. With a strong underground mining background to lead our operations and spearhead strategic growth. This is a rare opportunity to take the reins of a nimble, well-established business with big ambitions.

 

About InCycle

InCycle delivers essential services to mining and civil contractors, including:

• Above and below ground civil construction in underground metalliferous mines
• Concrete batch and supply
• Shotcrete delivery and application

Currently based in Kalgoorlie, the business has traditionally serviced the WA Goldfields, however since being acquired by Redpath Australia Pty Ltd in 2024, the next phase of our growth plan is to expand operations throughout other states of Australia. Our competitive edge lies in our trained in-house teams and company-owned fleet, ensuring reliability, agility, and control over project delivery.

 

The Role

As General Manager, you will:

• Ensure safety, compliance, and operational efficiency
• Lead and manage all operational, financial, and strategic aspects of the business
• Drive business development and market expansion
• Identify and implement growth opportunities across services and regions
• Build and mentor high-performing teams
• Strengthen client relationships and uphold service excellence

 

About You

You bring:

• More than 10years experience with underground mining, with a Mining or Civil Engineering qualification desired.
• Proven leadership experience in underground mining or civil construction
• Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking
• A growth mindset and entrepreneurial spirit
• Ability to thrive in a hands-on, fast-paced environment
