MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Matric certificate/ equivalent
Relevant office/Human Resource /Administrator certificate or similar at NQF 5
Relevant administrative experience in relation systems, computers, time and attendance
A valid driver’s license
Computer Literacy – MS Office proficiency
Medically fit

EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
|
|
3 years of experience in a similar role
Exposure to time and attendance
Ability to generate absence and Manning reports
Problem identification and resolution
Effective communication skill

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
|
Verify attendance, hours worked, and post information onto designated records
Process paperwork for new employees and enter employee information into the payroll and ERS system
Effective administration of T&A system, ensuring accurate capturing, data integrity and reporting
Update T&A system with leave, transfer, inductions, medicals, and submission of relevant documents to HR
Ensure accurate AWOP, overtime and short shift reports
Investigate and provide feedback to employee queries
Generate and verify accurate manning, leave and fatigue reports and submit timeously to relevant HODs
Ensure that all necessary payroll documents are submitted on time to payroll and HR
Issue employee payslips and submit all related queries to HR
