Matric certificate/ equivalent

Facilitator, Assessor, and moderate certificates

Blasting certificate – advantageous

EDTP Level 4

Sandvik operator competency certificates – Drill Rig/LHD/Dump truck

A valid driver’s license

Medically fit to work underground

EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

10 years’ TMM experience in multiple Mining methodologies

Experienced in Computer literacy 

3 years’ trackless long hole experience

Experience in simulation – through Tec

Knowledge of Normet machines

A strong leadership, communication, and management skills

Knowledge of Mine Health & Safety Act and Regulations

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Tracking performance of all TMM Operators

Performance level assessment of all operators

Tracking and booking of all compliance and TMM refreshers

Manage, arrange and track Mogalakwena site WSP

Create presentations and relay information to operators through O4R

Provide weekly training schedule and monthly training reports

Manage simulator intervention

Providing daily training information to line managers and the client
