Recruitment Manager – Indonesia

• 6 weeks on, 3 weeks off roster FIFO out of Aust capital city to Indonesia

Managing a small team of recruiters, the recruitment manager oversees the recruitment workflow to successfully staff Freeport project with both nationals and expatriate workforce.

Great opportunity for a bulk recruiter to join the team and drive recruitment activities for the Project as well as creating a plan for future talent pools.

Your Role

• Supervise and lead the recruitment team

• Manage and drive the end-to-end recruitment process and ensure excellent candidate care during the interview and offer stages and facilitate a seamless pre-onboarding process

• Ensure accurate and optimized use of recruitment tools, overseeing the use of relevant job boards, tracking success and cost analysis as required

• Assign recruitment workload, tracking progress and providing guidance to the Recruitment team

• Partnering with the wider HR team to ensure seamless workflows and accurate transfer of information

• Maintain Employer Brand in all social media platforms

• Provide advice and recommendations on recruitment requirements, sourcing strategies, recruitment market trends

• Maintain recruitment reports and application information.

To be successful, you must have:

• 5+ years end-to-end internal recruitment experience

• Experience in High Volume Internal recruitment

• Strong stakeholder management skills and great communicator

• Continuous drive for improvement

• Proven ability in running large recruiting for Projects
