Fixed Term Contract

 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Matric certificate / equivalent

Computer literacy - MS Office package

Valid Driver’s License

Medically fit to work underground

EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

3 years’ experience in stores / material control

Knowledge of Contract Mining Industry

Understand workshop processes and inventory control

Stock taking skills

Receiving of orders and proper record keeping of paperwork

Must be a team player with acceptance of diversity of all genders, cultures, and views.

Must be able to work weekends, public holidays, and rotational shifts unconditionally as per operational requirements

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Be responsible and coordinate all stores

Ensure stores are fully attended and no delays caused due to availability of people or equipment

Stock taking monthly

Stores (Receiving, Issuing, Dispatch and Problem Solving)

Maintain assets registers (Issue, return & remove from service)

Data capturing using Microsoft package and Sage 300/SAP
