About the Program

We are committed to giving graduates the best training and experience possible and have created a program that enables graduates to gain extensive experience across various sites in Metalliferous, Coal, and Specialized Drilling.

The Redpath Graduate Development Program is a three (3) year engagement designed to complement the professionals’ academic education and existing work experience to ensure that graduates joining Redpath continue to grow and be challenged both professionally and personally. Redpath value the professionals on the Program and see them as a critical part of the future success of the company with the ultimate goal of developing management and technical skills and providing the training and experience required to successfully complete their First Class Mine Managers Certificate (or equivalent).

While the framework for the program is detailed, each graduate will be treated as an individual with their personal needs, existing experience and future aspirations taken into consideration. While some graduates will have a preference as to which sector they wish to specialise, our diversity allows us to offer the opportunity to spend time in each sector if and as required.

Skills & Experience

• tertiary qualification In Engineering (Mining,Civil,Mechanical) either due to graduate 2025 or in the last 2 years;
• valid manual drivers licence;
• solid planning and organisational skills;
• ability to problem solve and be adaptable;
• process oriented with a high level of attention to detail;
• ability to work well with others in a team environment and unsupervised;
• excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• ability to pass a police clearance and pre-employment medical;
• a work ethic in keeping with Redpath's motto, Consider it Done - Safely.
