About the role
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, this is a full time permanent role, based in Eagle Farm. The position is responsible for providing end to end recruitment support across Redpath’s mining projects and offices. You must be able to work effectively within a fast-paced, small-team environment experiencing changing work priorities within tight delivery timeframes.
Duties

Advertising job vacancies and manage responses from Internet platforms;

Coordination and shortlisting of employment applications;

Weekly conference meetings with mine sites to coordinate recruitment requirements;

Managing end to end recruitment; sourcing; screening; pre-employment checks; and offers;
Skills and experience
-
Strong recruitment resourcing, interview and selection skills are essential;
-
Experience in blue collar and mining experience is an advantage;
-
Ability to work in a demanding, fast pace environment whilst prioritising scheduled tasks according to changing priorities;

Essential strong administrative and organisational skills;
-
Essential excellent attention to detail;
-
The ability to work well with others in a team environment and unsupervised;

Ability to multi task is key for the success in this role;
