Redpath is seeking experienced Civil Loader Operators / Surface Rom Operators to join the team at our site in Queensland for a 6 month fixed term.

The role involves

• safe, effective and productive operation of the designated equipment - Paste Plant Operator, Crusher Operator, Surface Loader, Batch Plant/Agi Operator,or ROM Operator;
• ensure machinery used is cleaned and serviced regularly and any mechanical issues or damage is reported immediately;
• accurately complete all required daily activity and safety reporting as directed;
• complete all pre-start checks prior to use of equipment;
• Working a 2/2 roster or 7/7 roster, 12hr shifts - rotating days and nights
• FIFO from Brisbane, Townsville and Cairns

We are looking for

• competently and safely operate Volvo L260H, L350F or CAT988
• effectively manage continuous feed of material through ROM crusher;
• maintain accurate record of material movement;
• effectively manage removal of all tramp material from ROM crusher feed.Valid manual drivers licence
• National Police clearance within last 6 months advantageous
• Current First Aid certificate or ability to get prior to commencement
