Basic function of the position:
The role as a Senior Site Administrator will be responsible for overseeing and managing the administrative functions of the site or project including Project Manager’s diary, supporting on-site staff (Administrators, Drivers and Cleaners), and acting as a point of contact for senior management or clients.
Main duties and responsibilities:
• Establish and maintain effective, efficient supervision of the administration staff (Administrators, Cleaners & Drivers).
• Coordinate all employee, visitor and subcontractor travel and accommodation arrangements, including Rest and Recreation (R&R) flights.
• Coordinate all site visitor and site mobilisation requests.
• Understand, manage and apply compliance with the Rostering Guideline.
• Site Diary is accurate, approved and meets relevant deadlines.
• Foster a spirit of teamwork and unity among team members that allows for conflict resolution, appreciation of diversity, cohesiveness, integrity, supportiveness and working effectively together to enable employee and departmental success.
• Build and maintain collaborative business relationships with key stakeholders.
• Control and distribute all team communications under direction form PM
• Oversee Roster administration and communication
• Oversee monthly Payroll administration
• Oversee Redpaths camp administration responsibilities
• Oversee issuance of company merchandise and clothing
• Oversee Redpath Team social events
• Oversee the office facilities standards and coordinate maintenance with maintenance team.
• Development of Administrators and performance management where required.
Minimum qualifications and experience required for this position:
• Driver’s Licence.
• First Aid & CPR certificate.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in site project administration in an underground mining environment, with 2 years of experience in data analysis or reporting roles.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
