We are seeking a skilled System Administrator to join our dynamic team and ensure the seamless operation of our IT infrastructure.
 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Install, configure, and maintain servers, networks, and IT systems
2. Monitor system performance and proactively troubleshoot issues
3. Ensure security, data integrity, and backup protocols across all platforms
4. Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls
5. Maintain and upgrade hardware, software, and network infrastructure
6. Implement and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices
7. Collaborate with teams to deploy new technologies and solutions
8. Conduct system audits and generate reports for management
9. Provide technical support and training to staff as needed
10. Assist in disaster recovery planning and execution
     

Requirements:

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field
• Proven experience as a System Administrator or similar role
• Strong knowledge of network protocols, server management, and security practices
• Experience with Windows/Linux environments
• Problem-solving mindset and excellent communication skills
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft, Cisco) are a plus
• Mining industry experience is an advantage
