RAISEBORE OFFSIDER

We are looking for Entry Level Candidates to join our Raisebore Division, all across Australia! 

About the Project

The Redpath Group is a leading mining contractor with projects throughout Australia and the globe. 

Redpath Australia Raisebore division is based from our office in Perth and have a fleet of 12 Raisebore rigs capable of handling a full-range of diameter and depth of openings, our raise drills are acclaimed for their unique power output and compact design.

Redpath offer a drill training program that allows an Offsider to advance to a Driller’s position. The right dedicated and willing worker will progress quickly to a driller.

This is a “green” entry level position into underground mining and offers the applicant a great and rewarding lifestyle that sets them up for life.

We currently have multiple roles available, across Australia: 

• FIFO Perth / 2 and 1 roster
• Residential in Orange NSW / 2 and 1 roster
• FIFO Brisbane / 2 and 1 Roster
• Working a 2&1 roster, 12hr shifts
• Assisting raisebore operators with set up of rig, de-rigging and drilling process

We are looking for

• Previous manual labour work experience essential
• A good attitude with a willingness to learn
• A drive to progress to a driller’s position
• Mechanical knowledge is desired
• Experience in operating farm or earthmoving equipment
• Valid manual drivers licence
• National Police clearance within last 6 months advantageous
• First Aid / CPR Certificate
• A work ethic and attitude in keeping with Redpath's motto, Consider it done — safely.
